Return Policy

1. Scope of Application​

This policy applies to all apparel products purchased on our website, including but not limited to tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, and so on.​


2. Returns for Quality Issues​

Customers are eligible for returns if the product arrives with:​

Physical Defects: Damage (e.g., tears, stains), faulty stitching, or fabric flaws.​

Missing Components: Detachable accessories (e.g., belts, buttons, decorative trims) are missing.​

Description Mismatch: Material, color, or style differs significantly from the product listing.​

Conditions:​

Submit return request within 7 days of delivery.​

Product must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and packaging intact.​


3. Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind)​

Returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., size mismatch, personal preference) are accepted if:​

Request is filed within 30 days of receipt.​

Product is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags and packaging complete, no signs of use.​


4. Warranty Coverage​

30-Day Manufacturer Warranty​

Covers manufacturing defects (excluding damage from misuse, washing, or shipping-related issues).​

Reporting Process: Notify us of defects within 30 days, including:​

Original packaging photos (front and back).​

Visual evidence of defects (photos/videos).​

Order number and detailed issue description.​

Exclusions: Items beyond the warranty period will not be replaced or repaired.​


5. Return Process​

Submit Request: Log in to your account, select "Request Return" on the order page, and provide supporting documents.​

Review & Approval: We will respond within 1-2 business days.​

Shipping Instructions: Return items in original packaging via tracked courier. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue.​

Refund Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for inspection; refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.​


6. Damaged During Shipping

If goods arrive damaged, report to the courier before signing for the package. For post-signing damage, submit photos to the courier and contact our support team.​
